I develop online sales of new cars: the team, the sales, and the network of official online dealers. I work with marketplaces and partner banks.
In sales since 1994. The first thirteen years — retail outside the automotive industry.
In the automotive business since 2007. Over these years, the Russian auto market has moved through several generations: from the classic dealer format to a model with a long online funnel, marketplaces, and partner platforms. I have worked on both the dealer network side and the importer side.
Since 2017 the focus has been online sales of new cars. Building and scaling the online channel, integrations with marketplaces (T-Auto, SberAuto, Ozon, Wildberries), end-to-end deal economics, dealer operational readiness for online orders.
